American-style IPA ( India Pale Ale) craft beer, copper-colored, unpasteurized, naturally fermented for a minimum of 23 days and then "dry-hopped".

Our IPA has a strong bitter taste characteristic of the style, then a long and aromatic aftertaste, with tropical, citrus notes , characteristic of special overseas hops.

It is made with 3 types of malt, 3 types of American hops and a special top-fermenting yeast.
